Fellows and their guests are warmly invited to attend the Academy of Medical Sciences’ Annual Fellows Meeting, which includes the AGM, Jean Shanks Lecture and the Annual Fellows’ Dinner.

This year's programme will feature an Academy policy project showcase exploring some of the policy projects that our Fellows are currently undertaking. Speakers will include the Chairs of the Academy’s working group studies on team science, health of the public and research reproducibility.
The day will also include the 2014 Jean Shanks lecture, "Dining out with friends: Host microbial interactions in the intestine", delivered by Professor Fiona Powrie FRS FMedSci, University of Oxford.
Following the lecture there will be a drinks reception and dinner. We hope that as many Fellows as possible will be able to join us. Tickets are priced at £80 each and Fellows may book one additional place for a guest.
