This workshop is designed to increase your confidence. You will think about how to build your contacts and how to become a valuable contact yourself. You will learn some simple techniques to make the most of networking events. You might even start to enjoy them!

Following the workshop, you will also have the chance to network with Fellows of the Academy of Medical Sciences and put your new skills straight into use.

The workshop is open to postdoctoral researchers and PhD students.
