Response to the report of the independent inquiry into modernising medical careers - Aspiring to excellence

Publication Details:
The MMC Inquiry, chaired by Professor John Tooke FMedSci, launched an interim report ‘Aspiring to Excellence’ on October 8 2007. The report sets out 45 recommendations, which will inform major changes in postgraduate medical training from 2009 and beyond. The Academy's response is below.

The MMC Inquiry report are due to publish their final report in December 2007.
