Fellows

Forty new Fellows were elected to the Academy Fellowship following the Council meeting of 12 April 2009. These distinguished medical scientists join the existing Fellows of the Academy bringing the total membership to 947. We offer them our warmest congratulations and welcome them to the Academy.

The Admission Ceremony for new Fellows took place on 24 June. The celebration will include a Keynote Lecture by Professor Mark Pepys FRS FMedSci, Head, Division of Medicine, University College London Medical School and talks by four of the new Fellows.
