The Academy has recently completed the £5million appeal for the refurbishment of 41 Portland Place to create our own independent, professional headquarters in the heart of medical London.  We are delighted to have raised the funds to complete the refurbishment of the building and are immensely grateful to all the organisations and individuals who have donated to our appeal.

The Academy moved into the building in October 2010.  Having our own headquarters allows us to perform our mission and serve our Fellowship even more effectively.  It provides a medical science hub that will be a venue for all our activities and a permanent place for our Fellows to meet.

We aim to ensure that our work expands in line with the demands we are facing from society, the healthcare sector, government and industry.

A large part of our work is funded by voluntary donations that augment the funds we receive from a Grant-in-aid from the Department of Health and subscriptions from our Fellowship.

Ways to make a donation:

To ensure that you are publicly acknowleged for your donation please include your name in the notes box that appears onscreen once you have made your payment via the JustGiving site.

·                     Download our donation form and give by cheque, bank transfer or Direct Debit. 

·                     Include the Academy in your Will.
