Human tissue consultations

Summary:

In July 2005 the Human Tissue Authority issued a consultation about draft Codes of Practice pertaining to the Human Tissue Act.

In parallel, the Department of Health issued a consultation about draft Regulations pertaining to the Human Tissue Act.

The Academy responded to both consultations. Its conclusions were supported by the Council of Heads of Medical Schools.
