Overview
The Academy's Mentoring and Outreach Scheme was established in 2002 and is supported by the Department of Health, the National Institute for Health Research and NHS Education for Scotland.

This unique programme provides one-to-one mentoring by Academy Fellows for Clinical Lecturers and Clinician Scientist Fellows. It also offers a range of outreach activities for clinical academic trainees across the career grades.

Evaluation
The Academy is currently looking to appoint an individual or organisation to conduct an evaluation of the Mentoring & Outreach Scheme.
