Position paper on revalidation

Publication Details:
The Academy has published a position paper on revalidation. The paper offers general principles on revalidation, applicable to all clinicians and emphasises the needs of academic medicine. In the development of this paper the Academy has engaged with organisations charged with the development and implementation of the reforms. In addition, we have sought views from a range of medical constituencies who work outside the NHS and across inter-professional boundaries with other healthcare sectors.
