The Academy is committed to supporting the careers of the next generation of biomedical and health researchers.
We do this through our portfolio of grant schemes, through our mentoring programme, our career development events and our careers policy work. We also encourage undergraduate medical, dental and veterinary students to embark on a career in research through our INSPIRE programme. Through the SUSTAIN scheme we offer a comprehensive programme of activities to enable women researchers to thrive in their independent research careers.
