Exploring climate change and health with the next generation of research leaders - invite only two day workshop

This workshop is part of a new project, designed to give research leaders of the future the opportunity to connect with a community of international peers and gain policy experience. Participants will lead the project and will be supported by the UK Academy of Medical Sciences and the US National Academy of Medicine.

The project will run from February 2024 to March 2025. Emerging research leaders from the UK and US will come together to develop key policy actions on climate change and health. This may include reducing the environmental impact of health research.

This first workshop is an opportunity for the group to get to know each other as well as explore and agree the area of focus for the project.
